Your Security Is Our Top Priority
Multiple layers of protection work around the clock to keep your accounts, identity, and money safe.
How We Protect You
Built-In Security at Every Layer
256-Bit SSL Encryption
Every connection to Evertrust is protected with AES-256 encryption โ the same standard used by the U.S. Department of Defense. Your data is unreadable to anyone outside the session.
Two-Factor Authentication
We require a second verification step โ a one-time code sent to your phone or email โ every time you sign in from a new device or location.
Real-Time Fraud Monitoring
Our automated systems analyze every transaction 24/7. Suspicious activity triggers an instant alert and, when necessary, a temporary hold to protect your funds.
Instant Transaction Alerts
Get push notifications or SMS the moment a transaction posts to your account โ purchases, transfers, login attempts, and more.
Card Controls
Lock or unlock your debit and credit cards instantly from the app. Set spending limits, restrict international use, or freeze a card you misplaced โ all in seconds.
FDIC Insured to $250,000
Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per account category by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Your money is safe even if the bank fails.
Session Timeout
Online banking sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity so that no one else can access your account if you step away from your device.
Full Audit Trail
Every login, transfer, and settings change is logged and available to you inside the app. You can review your full account activity history at any time.
FDIC Insured โ Your Deposits Are Protected
Evertrust Federal Bank is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). All deposit accounts โ checking, savings, money market, and CDs โ are insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per account category. This coverage is automatic and requires no application.

Security Tips for Customers
Use a strong, unique password
At least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse a password from another site.
Enable two-factor authentication
Turn on 2FA in your account settings. Even if your password is compromised, your account stays protected.
Never share your credentials
Evertrust will never ask for your password, PIN, or full Social Security number by phone, email, or text. If someone does, it's a scam โ hang up and call us directly.
Watch for phishing emails
Fraudsters send emails that look like they're from your bank. Always check the sender's actual email address and go directly to evertrust.com โ never click links in unsolicited emails.
Keep your contact info current
We send fraud alerts and verification codes to your phone and email. Make sure both are up to date in your profile settings.
Log out on shared devices
Always sign out of online banking when using a public computer, library terminal, or a device you share with others.
Suspect Fraud on Your Account?
